  • Check if your SONM platform components working correctly:

    • node - execute sonmcli token balance command

    • make sure that worker benchmarks are not running

    • worker - execute sonmcli worker status command (make sure benchmarks are competed first)

    • optimus - systemctl is-active sonm-optimus

  • If any component is offline send this component log to us:

    journalctl -u sonm-<component> --since "1 hour ago" > <component>-log.txt
